Randolph Elder Affairs -

Raised over $27,000 to purchase 2 vans.

Randolph Elder Affairs' function is to provide for the physical, social and emotional well being of our seniors, helping them to lead independent, stimulating and self-reliant lives at home. To that end, van transportation plays an integral part. Medical appointments, social and emotional needs have to be met. In order to provide for over 5400 seniors, the vans are on the road Monday through Friday, going within the Town of Randolph and the surrounding South Shore areas. Currently, we have two vans that provide this service, one of which is eight years old and needs to be replaced. Elder Affairs applied for a State grant to acquire an 8-11 passenger lift-equipped maxi van. In anticipation of this grant, we are required to provide a portion of the funding. Your generosity for the Randolph Senior Van Program will provide us with these necessary funds to purchase this van and provide transportation for our seniors.
