Proper planning always helps ensure a successful and memorable event, whether you’re holding it at Lombardo’s or elsewhere. Be sure to keep the following items in mind when choosing where to host your next function.

  • Location is of high importance. Attendees should be able to access the facility easily, so be aware of its proximity to major roads and highways. We are just 20 minutes away from downtown Boston and easily accessible from every major highway.
  • Parking will be an immediate concern upon arrival - as such, it is important to know whether the facility offers free, ample parking, or otherwise affordable parking options. Lombardo's offers plenty of free parking and a shuttle to the main door from your car.

  • Event Needs - The level of service you will receive is just as important when choosing a facility. A basic checklist for functions should include spacious, comfortable rooms, food capabilities as well as the availability of video conferencing and WiFi if necessary – all of these things are available at our facility.
  • Food Quality, Atmosphere, Service - Remember that food quality, stylish atmosphere and impeccable service are not exclusive to social events - you should make them work for your business functions as well.
  • Professionalism, Attention, Cleanliness - Don't forget that there are key elements of a facility that can often be overlooked until it is too late. Planners should research, in advance, the professionalism of the facility's staff, personalized attention and the cleanliness of the facility.
