"I have been remiss in not getting letter out to you sooner but I have been traveling. The Massachusetts Restaurant Association had a fantastic evening on March 10, 2008 at our first-ever "Stars of the Industry" event. You and your crew did an unbelievable job.
In my twenty years with the MRA. I have never had as many compliments as I did as a result of the "Stars" dinner. As a matter of fact, the committee has asked me to see if you would re-book it there either in March or up to mid-April next year depending upon the dates we get for our show in 2009! They even mentioned the fact that you were walking around, in addition to you function manager, John, and stopping at the tables and conversing the quests.
The MRA is grateful to both you and the Lombardo family for their generosity and attention to detail. The dinner was great. The hors d’oeuvres were inviting. The service was fantastic. What can I say? You "nailed" it!

again you and the entire staff of Lombardo's assured a highly successful
fundraising event on behalf of the Kennedy-Donovan Center. This
was the largest crowd, which we have had in the nine years of sponsoring
the Founder's Award Gala. The spacious facilities and your flexibility
allowed us to accommodate everyone, beautifully display our very
large silent auction, and have room for the networking and festivities.
